How do you prevent tall doors from warping?

Tall doors are more likely to bow, especially in solid wood or single-sided finishes. We recommend balanced construction, an extra hinge, and door straighteners on very tall fronts where needed. Our team reviews door heights on the shop drawings and flags any front that needs reinforcement.

Can the pantry be anchored safely?

Yes. Tall cabinets should always be fixed to the wall or to adjacent cabinets to prevent tipping. We supply anti-tip brackets and mark fixing points on installation drawings. Installers should use fixings suited to the wall type, such as concrete, block or stud partition, and check level first.

Can it match cabinets supplied by another factory?

We can try to match by finish sample, but board batches and paint systems vary between suppliers, so a perfect match is not guaranteed. Send a physical door sample for review. In most cases we suggest supplying the full kitchen run together for consistent color and gaps.
