Which fabrics work best for hotels?

Hotels need fabrics with good abrasion resistance, stain resistance and fire documentation valid in the market. Performance fabrics and faux leather are common. The rating values for your chosen fabric are confirmed at quotation with the fabric supplier. We can source fabric or use client-supplied material.

Can the panel be removed for cleaning or replacement?

Yes. Panels hang on concealed cleats, so they can be lifted off for re-upholstery or repair without damaging the wall. Hotels often plan for replacement during renovation cycles, so modular sections are easier to handle than one large panel.

How are lights and sockets integrated?

Openings are cut in the backing before upholstery and positioned on drawings with the electrical layout. Final connections are made by a licensed electrician. Confirm switch and socket models early so cut-outs fit exactly.

Does an upholstered panel help acoustics?

Padding and fabric can soften sound reflections in a room, which improves comfort. It is not a substitute for proper acoustic wall construction between hotel rooms, so do not rely on it for sound insulation.
