We build the counter body and cladding and can integrate a refrigerated case from a specialist supplier. The case must meet your local food safety and electrical rules. Send its model and installation manual so ventilation, drain and service access are designed into the counter.

Which surfaces meet food hygiene needs?

Stainless steel, solid surface and stone are common food-contact or near-food surfaces. Front cladding can be decorative, but staff-side surfaces should be easy to clean and moisture resistant. Check local health authority rules, as requirements vary by city and market.

How do you handle condensation and heat?

Refrigerated cases release heat and may produce condensation. The joinery needs ventilation grilles, drain routes and moisture-resistant materials around the case. Ambient displays need less, but lighting heat should still be considered for chocolate and cream items.

Can the counter be installed in an existing shop?

Yes. Counters can be made in sections that pass through doors and are joined on site, with cladding fitted afterward. Measure door openings and access routes before production. Installation guidance and labelled parts help local teams assemble the counter.
