What wall support does a floating vanity need?

A double vanity with stone top is heavy, especially when used. Masonry walls take anchors directly. Stud walls need blocking or a steel frame. We provide bracket positions and recommend structural review for large units. Plumbing positions must be confirmed before fixing brackets. Installers should level the unit carefully before the top is set.

How do drawers work around plumbing?

We notch drawers around traps or use U-shaped drawers. Wall-outlet traps save space. Send drain and supply positions so drawers are planned correctly. Changing plumbing after production often reduces storage or requires modification. Our shop drawings show each notch and trap position for review before production.

Which materials resist bathroom humidity?

Moisture-resistant boards and plywood with sealed edges perform better. Lacquer and laminate surfaces resist splashes. Good bathroom ventilation is still important. We recommend Easy-to-Clean Surface Finishes and avoiding raw edges near water. Sealed cut-outs around basins and taps also prevent water entering the carcass core.

Can you supply tops and basins?

Yes, or we can prepare the vanity for local tops. If we supply tops, send basin and tap models so cut-outs are accurate. If by others, we provide carcass dimensions and support details to the stone fabricator. Mounting heights should be confirmed for both users and the chosen basin style.
