Concrete, masonry or reinforced stud walls are needed. Lightweight partitions require timber or metal blocking installed before plastering. We mark fixing points on drawings, but the site engineer should confirm the wall can carry the cabinet plus contents, especially for long units with stone tops.

Can media equipment be stored inside?

Yes. We add ventilation slots, cable grommets and glass or perforated fronts so remote controls still work. Routers and amplifiers generate heat, so avoid fully closed compartments. Tell us the equipment list and we will plan compartments and openings accordingly.

How long can one unit be?

Long cabinets are produced in modules for transport and handling, then joined on site with concealed connectors. Joints are planned at door divisions so they are hardly visible. Exact maximum module length is confirmed at quotation based on materials and packing.

What mounting height is usual?

Many floating units are hung with the base roughly 150–300 mm above the floor, which is a typical reference rather than a rule. The height should suit TV viewing angle, seating height and skirting. Confirm the preferred height on the elevation drawing before production.
