Do you need the appliance model before production?

Yes. Appliance dimensions, door swing, hose positions and venting requirements vary by brand and model. We size the opening from the manufacturer's installation data, so please send confirmed model numbers before shop drawings are approved. Changing the appliance after production often means re-making the cabinet.

How is heat and moisture managed inside the cabinet?

We plan ventilation gaps, top and bottom grilles or vented doors according to the dryer type. Condenser and heat pump dryers need airflow around the unit, and vented dryers need a duct route to outside. Always follow the appliance maker's clearance rules for warranty and safety.

Can the appliances be removed for repair?

Yes. We design the opening with side and top clearance plus a removable plinth or panels, so technicians can slide units out without dismantling the cabinet. Tell us if the floor has a raised threshold or tiles, as this affects how appliances are pulled out.

Can we add a sink next to the washer?

Yes. A utility sink base can sit beside the tall unit with a compact worktop for folding. Send the water supply and drain positions so cabinet backs are cut correctly, and specify whether the worktop should be quartz, HPL or stainless steel. Splash protection at the wall can be added.
