Floor-to-Ceiling Wardrobe Wall Buying Guide

A floor-to-ceiling wardrobe wall suits apartments, villas and hotel rooms where a single wall can carry all clothing storage and the room should look uncluttered. It is not suitable for walls broken by windows, radiators or sloping ceilings unless the design adapts around them, and very tall doors may warp if hardware and panel choice are not correct. Before ordering, confirm wall width, ceiling height at several points, door type, interior layout and lighting.

Arcova produces each floor-to-ceiling wardrobe wall from site-measured shop drawings, with scribe fillers and tall-door hardware selected by budget. Modules are labelled by position and supported by installation guidance.

  • Made to your drawings and site measurements
  • ISO9001, BSCI and FSC certified factory
  • Export packing labelled by unit and room

FAQ

Floor-to-Ceiling Wardrobe Wall FAQs

Should tall doors be one piece or split?
One-piece tall doors look cleaner, but very tall panels may bow over time and need straighteners or stronger panels. Splitting into lower doors and top cabinets is more stable and economical. The choice depends on ceiling height and finish, so we review it on drawings.
How is an uneven ceiling handled?
We supply top fillers that installers scribe to the ceiling line. Send measurements at both ends and the middle of the wall. On new-build projects, measure after ceilings are finished, because plaster thickness changes the final height.
Hinged or sliding doors?
Hinged doors open fully and suit rooms with space in front. Sliding doors save clearance but only show part of the interior at a time. In narrow rooms, sliding doors are usually more practical. Confirm the room width in front of the wardrobe.
How is the wardrobe installed?
Carcasses are fixed to the wall and leveled, joined into one run, then fillers, doors and fittings are added. Doors are adjusted last for even gaps. We provide labelled parts, drawings and online technical support for installers.
