Should we choose oak veneer or oak-grain melamine?

Oak veneer is real wood with natural variation and can be lacquered or oiled, suiting premium homes. Oak-grain melamine is more uniform, resists scratches and costs less, which suits rentals and hotels. Many projects use veneer on doors and melamine inside. We can send samples of both for comparison.

How much clearance do hinged doors need?

Allow at least the door width in front of the wardrobe, plus walking space. Wide doors on narrow rooms clash with beds. Splitting into narrower doors reduces swing. Check room plans with furniture positions before approving drawings.

Will tall oak doors warp?

Tall doors can bow if humidity changes or construction is unbalanced. We use balanced panels with veneer or laminate on both faces and can add door straighteners for very tall doors. Store units indoors on site and avoid installing before wet trades finish.

Can the wardrobe interior be different per room?

Yes. Each room type can have its own interior layout while doors stay consistent. Mark the layout on each elevation, and we label packing by room so installers fit the right interior.
