An office storage wall suits corporate offices, executive suites and meeting rooms that need filing and storage without loose cabinets. It is less suitable for short-term leases where storage must move with the tenant. Before ordering, confirm wall length and ceiling height, file sizes, locking needs, AV and power points, sprinkler and HVAC clearances, and floor load.

Arcova builds each Office Storage Wall in modular sections with CNC-drilled carcasses, hardware chosen by budget from Blum, Hettich, Häfele or DTC, and finishes matched to desks, credenzas and conference tables. Acoustic slatted or fabric panels can be inserted between bays to improve meeting room sound, and LED lighting can be prepared for display shelves.

Can the storage wall hide a pantry or printer area?

Yes. We plan bays with ventilation, power access and heat-resistant surfaces, closed by pocket, bi-fold or sliding doors. Send equipment models, including coffee machines and printers, so bay sizes, airflow and cable routes are drawn correctly on the shop drawings. Ask about the shelf depth needed for archive boxes.

Which lock options are available?

Keyed locks, combination locks and master key systems can be planned for filing and personal lockers. Electronic locks are possible, but models and supply are confirmed at quotation. Tell us how many users, which bays need locks and whether facility staff need override access. Pantry bays often need water-resistant base panels and a drip tray.

How are long walls installed?

Units arrive in modular sections with fillers and scribe strips to handle uneven walls, floors and ceilings. Every section is labelled to match the installation drawing. Installers level the plinth first, then join carcasses and fit doors and panels last. Keys are labelled per bay.

Does the wall need fixing to the building?

Tall units should be anchored at the top or back to prevent tipping. Confirm wall construction, such as concrete, block or drywall with backing, so the correct fixings are specified. Raised access floors may need extra support under the plinth. Fillers are cut on site to final size.
