It is not ideal for staff who need quiet focus all day, or for very irregular floor plans without a clear grid. Before ordering, confirm headcount and desk sizes, floor power and data box positions, screen height and material, storage per person, frame type and whether height-adjustable desks are required.

How do we plan power and data for clusters?

Floor boxes should sit beneath the cable spine so cables rise directly into the trays. We coordinate desk positions with your electrical plan and show outlet modules on drawings. Moving floor boxes after flooring is costly, so share the plan before the floor is finished.

Should we choose fixed or height-adjustable desks?

Fixed desks cost less and suit standard tasks and call centers. Height-adjustable frames support sit-stand working but cost more and need power at every desk. Many offices mix both, placing adjustable desks in focus zones and fixed desks in touchdown areas.

Do desk screens reduce noise?

Fabric acoustic screens reduce nearby noise and visual distraction but cannot fix a loud room alone. Combine them with acoustic ceilings and soft flooring. Screen height is a trade-off between privacy and an open feel, so confirm it in a sample desk.

Can the layout be expanded later?

Modular frames and spines allow adding desks to clusters later if the same specification is kept. Keep the model references and finish codes on file. Repeat orders are easier when finishes come from the same board range, avoiding visible color differences.
