Is painted MDF or melamine better for Shaker doors?

Painted MDF gives a crisp, seamless profile and a more traditional look, and minor damage can be touched up. Melamine-faced Shaker doors cost less and resist chipping in rentals but show the profile less sharply. For high-turnover rental units, many buyers choose melamine; for for-sale homes, painted MDF is common. We can sample both.

How do you keep the white consistent across a large order?

We approve a physical finish sample with you and keep a retained reference panel. Doors for the same project are painted in controlled batches and checked against that sample before packing. If the order is split across shipments, tell us early so we plan batches to reduce visible shade variation between phases.

Do you supply worktops with the set?

Worktops can be quoted with the cabinets or left to a local supplier. Stone tops are often templated on site after cabinets are fixed, so many projects buy them locally. Confirm your preference in the enquiry so drawings show the correct support, overhang and appliance cut-out details.

What drawings do you need to quote?

Send kitchen plans with wall lengths, ceiling height, window and door positions, appliance models and service points. For multi-unit projects, list each kitchen type and its quantity. We prepare shop drawings for approval, and quantities per type help us price the order accurately and plan labelled packing.
